The Rev. Martin L Wright III (Father Marty) Fr. Marty was ordained as a priest in the Episcopal Church in January of 2003 and currently
serves as Priest-in-charge of The Church of the Advent in Jeannette, Pennsylvania and as a Spiritual Care Coordinator (Chaplain) in a large hospice agency. Fr. Marty was previously the Priest-in-Charge of Living Stones, a new congregation that was attempted in the Latrobe area, and is the former Assistant Rector of St. Michael’s of the Valley
Episcopal Church in Ligonier, Pennsylvania.

Father Marty is a 2002 graduate of Trinity Episcopal School
for Ministry (now Trinity Anglican Seminary). He discerned his call to ordained ministry in the fall of 1995 while working as a software
consultant in the Pittsburgh area, after having worked in the computer field for some twelve years. He graduated from the University of Kansas (his home state) in 1983 with a Bachelor of
Science in Computer Science.

Marty is married to Dawn, a retired Occupational Therapist and former rehab manager. She is a cradle Episcopalian and originally a member of Christ Church, Greensburg, which was their home parish. Fr. Marty was confirmed there in 1988, having been raised as a Baptist in his
hometown of Leavenworth, Kansas. They currently reside in the Irwin area.
